The poster displayed on the main page of the movie is the one that have the highest rating. In your case there is only one poster so it is automatically the main poster.
The primary tag put on some posters by moderators is made to deal with very rare cases where the highest rated poster is not the best available poster (high resolution, no text except title). Most of the time it is not used.
