Discuss Žmogžudystė

Such a fabulous performance, surely one of the great screen bad girls. Her scenes with wimpy husband Elisha Cook Jr (would anyone really invite him to be part of such a heist?) are among the most memorable in this terrific movie.

A glance at her filmography shows that she acted almost exclusively in B-movies but I would love to see whether this was simply lucky casting, or if she truly had the talent she suggests so ferociously in this role.

I don't know whether I've ever seen this movie. But I definitely have The Narrow Margin (1952), which she's terrific in:

I've been meaning to see The Narrow Margin for a long time, I must get around to it soon. I did see the (fairly awful) remake with Gene Hackman years ago.

I suspect you'd enjoy the original. Following is a thread I created about it the other month, that shares my opinions:

Yes, one of the all-time great femme fatale performances! And to think, it came in a Kubrick film!
