The text is in English, but is the cover with which the film was released on home video in Italy. If you go on the Italian page of Amazon (http://www.amazon.it/Mega-Shark-Vs-Mecha/dp/B00KI3A0GS), you see that the back cover is in Italian.

I think it is fine to add as an Italian poster because of the particular facts in this case. Otherwise I agree with you in principle. Still, normally the only way to see the poster language is by the language other than the title and here we only have the title really. Also, many countries keep the English titles these days.
Yes, that would be nice in cases like this one.
