Actually this title being in French should be capitalized as La Promesse earlier report, Ciné-Ressources.
Also the translated title should be removed and locked, because this film was released with its original title see Translated Title and La Haine.
Translated Title (English) should be renamed to Release Title (English) to avoid confusion and urge to transfer foreign titles.

I'll undo the correction I've made.
And promise myself never to get involved in this French title issue again.
I had already set out to never get involved. But in a lapse, I got involved. My mistake.
After I've seen the various pages with French rules, on how to use high-box titles, OMG, I'd rather not get involved.
As for the translation of the site interface, I agree.
The correct term is not translation.
In the interface for Brazil I used this expression:
Título no Brasil (Português) - or translated into English - Title in Brazil (Portuguese)
But perhaps this solution is not very good for the English Language.
This is because there is no translation of the interface for other language variations, ie for en-AU, en-GB, en-CA.
Only for en-US.
