Bishop and company went through all that trouble of getting Werner's card key and his voice print just so Bishop could break into his office, briefly enter the ceiling crawlspace and drop down into Cosmo's office. Meanwhile, Carl goes to the john and is able to enter the same ceiling crawlspace (and eventually make his way to Cosmo's office) that way. Why didn't Bishop just use the same method as Carl? I realize, for the sake of the story, that would have meant no deal making scene between Bishop and Cosmo for the sake of saving Liz but still, obvious logic fail is obvious.
