If she was in fact battered by Depp, she'd have injuries, which means she'd have the means to convince law enforcement to arrest Depp. WHY the need to wait until he was drunk to manipulate him into (sort of) incriminating himself while recording it secretly? Instead of CALLING THE COPS??? She claims she didn't call the cops because she "didn't want to bury him," yet she released a video of him losing his sh!t in his own home - without his knowledge.
Oh, I am WELL aware of that particular dynamic. Painfully so.
Which is why I also don't believe either are particularly innocent, but I don't believe Depp did any real damage to Heard. He may have slapped her, but I find it interesting that SO many women in these kinds of pairings choose to collect dirt on their soon to be exes so as to "expose" them. Donald Sterling wasn't nearly the monster he was made out to be for instance and similarly, his lady friend secretly recorded him while coaxing him into incriminating himself in the court of opinion.
I'm not saying Sterling didn't have a certain sentiment, but he was definitely steered in a specific direction while being recorded. Not that I really heard anything damning beyond "that's just the way those people are" or something to that effect. As for housing discrimination, even though there ARE laws against it, if you've ever owned rental property, you would understand that he was trying to prevent losses in the form of property damage.
Well... I know we're talking about Johnny Depp but we're also talking about Amber Heard, who at 20+ years his junior no doubt did things to him that most of us can only dream about, so there's that.

I hear that dopey Amber Heard is being sued for $10 million dollars for conspiring with the director to eliminate sex scenes, haha.

Yep, like I said, crazy Amber Heard got bored with Depp and as usual (in these cases), finagled a way to leave with a chunk of his money.
