1. The 'shop detective' scene (what was Skip doing? Nothing else in the film paints him as a such a creep)
2. The prison warden having a mechanical rodeo bull in his office

You'd be quicker listing the parts of the film that were coherent and well worked. The first half was decent, but it nosedived after that and, at 1hr 51mins of one-beat performance by both Pryor and Wilder, became a bit tedious.
