I removed the animation genre but I'm not sure about to add family

Thanks Samara. I'm not certain about the "family" genre either. However, the movie was nominated for the Young Artist Award 1999 in the category "Best Family Feature - Drama". IMO it's more addressed to a teen audience - and family is the closest genre tmdb has to offer for that.
