There was a bit of a mix up on this film's page. When the three Death Scenes films were released on video, they reordered them. So the 1989 film which is the original is the one usually listed as Death Scenes 3: L.A. Detective. It consists of Anton LaVey narrating a bunch of police crime photos from the 1930s, 40s and 50s. The film usually listed on DVD as Death Scenes 1: Manson is actually the second film in the series which was released in 1992 and is mostly archival video in color. I've changed the alternate title to reflect this and updated the DVD box art (I don't think it ever had an official movie poster).
