actor who plays bald assassin... Al Israel?

Does anyone know who plays the villain with the sunglasses that Van Damme kicks away from his face? Is that Al Israel (the guy with the chainsaw in Scarface and the mob boss in Marked for Death) perhaps?

I've checked a few websites as your question got me interested, but I can't see him credited for Hard Target... Nice surprise to see him credited in Carlito's Way though! I'll have to re-watch that soon...

Yes that guy... I poked around and found that he's most likely "Robert Apisa", and if-so, then the IMDB has him mislabeled in their pictures as the rich guy that gets disabled by the black veteran and who then gets finished off by Lance Henriksen.

So do you mean the guy on the far right? I looked at some pictures & I think the guy on the far right is Apisa.

Yep I think you're right. Damn... for years I had thought that was Al Israel. Memory can certainly play tricks on you.

I've never seen the movie (not a fan of Van Damme or action movies as a whole, except for some Asian action films), but a little googling brought up these results. If you check Wikipedia sometimes you can find out things that IMDb doesn't have.
