Is this film the good times?

Hello my friends it is I Glenn.
I no see this film but my brother Bobby he seems loving it. On all the time when I come home and I no kidding ALL THE TIME!! Is it a real good film? I no understanding why Bobby keep watching. So I is thanking you for any help.

What is good and what is bad is subjective.
I might hold the opinion that this film is either good or bad. I might propagandize you into adopting my viewpoint by expressing the reasons for why I think it's good or bad. But, regardless of what I believe or what you believe, the film is neither good nor bad, it's just what I believe and what you believe. Even if 100% of people on Earth believe that it is one, either good or bad, that still doesn't make the film either good or bad because all of those 100% of people hold a subjective opinion about the film.
In conclusion, no, the film is not the good times, but neither is it the bad times. It's the neutral times. Or, the good timiness or the bad timiness of the film is not a property of the film, it's a property of your interpretation of it.

Ha ha, thanking you - I thinking you is right for Bobby! He liking the ladies for sure every time I coming in he pause the show until I leave so I read up more about this and having the sexy ladies so I was laughing! It just Bobby age I guess naughty Bobby
