Hi, the original title for porn is usually the title used for the first released version of the film. So, in order for the Italian title to be added as original, you have to provide information showing that the Italian version was the first one released. It's been 8 years since I looked this up so I can't remember every detail, but if I didn't add the Italian title as original that's the reason.
