Because they are two separate films, both released theatrically despite the similar content, they have starkly different tones, scene placement, soundtracks, etc.

Rodan was edited for distribution upon its arrival in the US there is no uncut release of it dubbed.

Per our runtime rules, the runtime added for each translation should be for the first release for that language. Since that first release here is the US release and that release was for the US edited version (per all sources found), that's the runtime used on TMDb.
