Overview

유일한 친구 미치 브래들리와 와이오밍의 농장에서 조용한 삶을 살고 있던 아이너 길커슨에게 어느 날 갑자기 들이닥친 모녀. 그들은 다름 아닌 아이너가 외아들의 죽음에 책임을 물으며 연을 끊었던 며느리 진과 여태 존재조차 몰랐던 손녀 그리프였다. 그들은 진의 남자친구 게리의 폭력과 학대를 피해 도망쳐 온 것이었지만, 아직도 감정의 앙금이 남아 있는 아이너는 그들을 쉽게 용서하고 받아들일 수가 없는데...
