This matches the French Wikipedia page [1], and the rules for capitalization of French titles on the English Wikipedia [2]. It is also the way the title is capitalized on the poster [3].

To clarify:
The most used way of capitalizing French titles is the "Imprimerie nationale method", also used by Wikipedia. According to this method, in short, the first noun and any connected adjectives should be capitalized.
In this case "Destin" is the first noun, and "Fabuleux" is a connected adjective, so they should both be capitalized, which is currently not the case in the (locked) Original Title field.
