There's plenty to enjoy in this reimagining of A Midsummer NIght's Dream as gay musical fantasy. Chiefly the music numbers, which are staged impressively, with eye-catching photography, sets and costumes (on a tiny budget). The plot, once it kicks in, is intriguing but unfortunately collapses into silliness somewhere in the middle. It's never boring and not bad for a shoestring production, though. 5/10
