That still bothers me how Palentine could take out three Jedi without much of a fight. They are heavily trained and are assassins of the hugest order. Yet killed off like any ordinary body guard.

Yeah, the Jedi should have been able to put up more resistance, but they all seemed to fall pretty easily. The Jedi seem to fall prey to the element of surprise which is probably the main factor in defeating them.

Yes, poor show by Mace Windu selecting the only three Jedi who hadn't attended one single day of lightsaber training... Even the wee guy who helps Bail Organa get away showed more proficiency 😂

Just another among the many examples of why this prequel trilogy really sucked and failed to do justice to the franchise.
