This ID is for Fantomas Against Scotland Yard (1967) which is called "Fantomas gegen Interpol" in german.

but and ONLY when you choose german: the poster and title are from "Fantomas regiert die Welt" / "Fantomas Strikes Back"

The opposite is on the other Film. Only the german posters and Titles are affected. the other languages are OK.

Just switch the title, poster and overview IN GERMAN from ID 1875 & 1870 . If you go through the languages you see the problem

I am lost. Are we talking about the same movie? You are referring to the movie with the tmdb number 1875. This movie is called under the original title "Fantômas contre Scotland Yard" and accordently to imdb and wikipedia is the translated title in German "Fantomas bedroht die Welt" and not "Fantomas gegen Interpol". Even the poster says "Fantomas bedroht die Welt" and there is no other .
