Can't say I liked the film but I didn't hate it either. It meant nothing to me for whatever reason. Not sure if it was the Star Wars fatigue that hit me or that nothing extraordinary happens in the The Rise of Skywalker but I left the theater feeling a tad empty. One thing that I dislike in films in general is a lack of consequence and this film was full of it. The amount of Deus Ex Machina is appalling. Will write up a post on it later this month if I end up watching it again. But now to my ranking of every official, live-action SW film ever made:

I won't be seeing this one and didn't see Solo either but current thoughts on the others would be:-
Actually rewatched AOTC last night and asides from "I hate sand", the Anakin / Padme love scenes, well I guess Hayden Christensen's acting in general, all the awful cgi - Dexter's 50s Diner, Kamino, etc (which leaves Euan McGregor not knowing where to look) and the Chicken Run scene it's actually quite good fun.

The end. Oops, hold on a tic...
Re: "live action film" stipulation
Clone Wars isn't live action, but it's so good it deserves a pass - far better than the woeful PT.
The Mandalorian isn't a "film" (although, if you binge-watch it, it's pretty much all the same), but it's gorgeously shot, delightfully written and directed, and deftly acted. It may be the best live action SW installment since RotJ and is arguably the best shot SW installment of all time. Yep, I said it, check it out and tell me otherwise!

Haven't seen The Rise of Skywalker and I'm in no rush to see it, I'm beyond caring after The Last Jedi. I'm far more intrigued by The Mandolorian.

Rogue One
The Rise of Skywalker
The Force Awakens
The Last Jedi
Revenge of the Sith
The Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones
I haven't seen the Han Solo movie, and have no wish to; in fact I am now done with Star Wars. There has been some great film-making in this series-- and quite a bit not-so-great, especially from #6 onward above, in my humble opinion --but for me 42 years of this franchise is enough, and I'm done.
