If you have the opportunity to see this movie the way it was meant to be seen - in 3D - then watch it. The landscape, the winter and the motion capture technique are wonderfully shown to advantage in this film. On the other hand I couldn't really see any tension or appreciable humor. Maybe you have to be a Disney fan for that as a viewer - which I am not.

All in all a mediocre pastime. No comparison to the fun when watching Bill Murray surviving this story.
