It sounds like everyone is talking in a tin can and the background noises are louder than the actor’s dialogue.

What device are you using to watch? I just checked it out through Hoopla on my computer & my TV & everything sounds fine.

It might be Primes copy? Do you have a library card? If you do you can watch it through Hoopla's app on a smart TV.
