IMDB identifies "The Stomper" who appears in this film as John Hill. Hill definitely used this name during this era, though he is perhaps better known under the names Guy Mitchell and Jerry Valiant. However, wrestling historian Al Getz, who has extensively studied the McGuirk promotion and has pinpointed the two McGuirk cards filmed for this movie, identifies this Stomper as John Quinn, aka the Kentucky Butcher. And indeed, Hill is working in Michigan/Ohio/western New York/Ontario when the film's Stomper is in Mississippi and Louisiana.
