There's been two origin stories, so if Disney does get FF and decides to do movies with them I hope they skip the origin story and recast (they'd have to anyway since Michael B. Jordan is in Black Panther).

And Chris Evans is Captain America. We know, we know. Recasting would be inevitable. There is no way Marvel leaves either of the Fox renditions of Dr. Doom in play.
A younger cast makes for an interesting new dynamic for the First Family of Marvel Comics. The FF basically kick-started Marvel and was the center of so many of Marvel's epic creations because they were adventurers and not crime fighters. Galactus, InHumans, Negative Zone, the Black Panther, Silver Surfer, The Sub-Mariner (later retconned to be a mutant), Oatu, The Kree, Skrulls, Adam Warlock, Doctor doom, etc.

I hate the idea of a younger cast, I think it destroys the family dynamic. Reed is the father figure, Ben is his best friend, Sue is his younger wife, and Johnny is her younger brother. That works best with a spread of ages IMO. I hate the whole premise of the FF as a bunch of smart kids. All that stuff comes from the Ultimate version of the Fantastic Four, as does the idea of giving Doom super powers at the same time as the four. I would much prefer they stick to the classic Lee/Kirby influence.
They could get away with making Johnny a teenager IMO, if they wanted someone to appeal to the young crowd. They could easily make him Spider-Man's age. In fact, the Torch and Spider-Man have been friends in the comics since very early on.

There are several articles 'splaining and talking about this very tantalizing topic:
Disney and Fox Dealing?
Disney may just Buy Fox
Disney Held Meetings to Buy Fox

I wonder if they'd stick with a younger cast.
