I didn't expect this movie to be as good as it is.... I thought it was going to be a simple revenge flick, but it turned out to have a few layers of nuance without missing a beat in terms of being entertaining....
The relationships between the brothers, the Captains struggle to maintain credibility to the community while keeping his word, the interplay of class among the colonists, the thin veneer of society, etc... are all aluded to without compromising the momentum of the film or getting in the way of the thrills, tension and action...
Didn't expect this... solid film.

[Spoiler] However, the ending is a bit disappointing in my opinion. Both the fact that he kills his brother and the fact that the latter takes it folosophically....
