I read somewhere that at Selena's funeral, Chris wanted to be buried with her. :(
Despite his devotion, loyalty and deep love for Selena, he eventually remarried, even though it ended in divorce. I'm not saying that Chris (or anyone whose spouse passes away for that matter) should be sad and miserable for the rest of his life. But what was the point of remarrying, if Selena will always come first and be his one true love? Same thing for anybody else who has been in such a situation. Imagine..."I love you babe, will you marry me? Keep in mind though, my deceased wife/husband will always be first and I'll never truly love anyone else as much as her/him." Or, "Well kids, even though I married your mother/father I just don't love her/him as much as my first and deceased spouse." Anybody see where I'm coming from? If not, and/or you don't agree with what I think, that's perfectly fine. Like they say, agree to disagree.
