Unable to add release information

I'm trying to add release information, but it returns the error "We couldn't find matching certification." Screenshot:

Here is the info if a moderator can add:
Country: Brazil Release Date: 2002-05-30 Certification: 16 anos

I've had the same problem in all the files i've tried to fill today. What's wrong?

Really annoying bug...FIX IT ASAP! Because it return error in all movies...

Looks like we are forced to provide certification for release. What if we don't know it? or if the country doesn't use any? or the movie is very old? Leaving films without single release date auto-sets them in 1900...
