It sure is big shoes to fill. I'm interested in if he could play the part and ham it up like Fred did. I think the trailer looks amazing and will be a very nice updated adaption. I think the kid they got to play Gage looks like Huges in a few scenes. I can't wait to see why they have a marching band of kids walking up a hill.

I agree with both of these posts (big shoes ... one of the top actors walking the planet). I didn't even know they were doing a remake. I'll be interested to see it.

I didn't know either. I'll give Mr. Lithgow a chance, but he'll have to be great to beat Mr. Gwynne.
