Every scene in this movie is marred by bad acting, bad editing, bad writing and terrible music. There's no gritty atmosphere at all. I know a lot of people try to excuse its shortcomings by arguing that it's a low-budget grindhouse flick, but I've seen low-budget grindhouse flicks before that were actually well made. I'm usually pretty forgiving of these types of films, but Last House has no redeeming qualities.
