The Captain Kirk who appears in this richly entertaining '79 flick appears in no other Star Trek film. Not just that he isn't wearing his later usual red Artic-like clothing in this but other things. His mannerisms, his very countenance is different. Did Shat ( the greatest male camera presence) hide this other style of acting outside of this film? Or dId one time ST director Robert Wise get this performance out of Shat?
A related question. Can anyone show a link or at least title of a YT video showing the behind the scenes making of this film with both audio and video from when the film was being made. I could not find it at YT myself!

A YT video marked "Behind the scenes of Soylent Green" ( only about Star Trek:TMP) is what I was looking for.
A YT video called "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home bloopers and outtakes" is also just what I described only about the first ST film.
