According to CBS, this is Trump's favorite movie.
A rich, egotistical, power hungry narcissist attempts to manipulate the country by controlling the nation's largest news syndicate, censoring news he doesn't like while spinning outright lies to serve his agenda. He makes a mad rush at politics, fueled by a flashy populist agenda with promises of helping the working class, but it's really just a front for his crowd-soaking narcissism and need to be validated. He collects meaningless possessions like he collects his women, properties and a lavish dystopian paradise estate/golf course where he hides from the world and feeds his ego, forcing reporters to give him favorable reviews in his #1 news syndicate. Ultimately it comes out that he had an extramarital fling with a blonde adult entertainer half his age. Despite his costly efforts to silence the scandal, it comes out and his brunette wife calls him out for being a douchebag, but she agrees to put up a front for the sake of keeping their reputations intact. Ultimately, he dies, angry, defeated, miserable, having failed in life at the one thing that consumed his last thoughts: the honesty of childhood. But enough about Donald Trump's life. Citizen Kane is a cool movie, no? ;)
