It is long, but one movie that is completely worth the time. Biggest complaint is probably the miscast of orlando bloom. he has grown on me in the lead role, but that speech at the end is still cringeworthy.

I think one of the best scenes I have ever seen was when Brendan Gleeson s character Reynald de Chatillon is set loose to kill the sister of the arab leader to spark a war. They cut off the head of one of the soldiers and Gleeson s character says to himself "I am what I am, someone has to be"

seemingly simple line, but in reality, extremely powerful and it fully embodies who his character is and how he thinks.
