Extra Details: I propose to use a colon instead of dash for the translated English title. So:

"Always: Sunset on Third Street"

I couldn't find an official rule for this in the Contribution Bible, but it seems to be the convention TMDb uses for most other titles too.

Wikipedia and IMDb also use a colon for the English title:
