Discuss Most za Terabithiju

I'm not entirely sure why Jess built the bridge and started to be nicer to his sister at the end. I assumed it was because he had learnt from his regret after having not invited Lesley to the museum (because he wanted the teacher all to himself) that he realised the positive impact you can have on someone by giving then your time and attention and indulging their imagination? So as a tribute to Lesley, why not show his sister the same kindness that Lesley had showed him?

Or maybe he wanted his sister to be eaten by the monsters of Terabithia? Who knows.

A decent film that teaches kids (and adults) that life isnt always sunshine and kittens, and sometimes life is what you make it. I liked how they didnt show the main development in the film, only the reaction.
