I honestly haven't been so deeply disturbed watching a film since Mamma Mia. In fact I only struggled through on the possibility of some twist reveal making sense of the horribly contrived plot. However none existed...
To give it some minor due though, I do believe that it was the first film I've seen showing that is definitely acceptable to retain the aisle seat on public transportation even when the window seat is free.

Colin Firth & Pierce Brosnan!!
And I say that both, of course, as a joke based on their horrible performances, and not as a joke, due to the horrible exploitative nature of their (amoungst others) casting in that "film" to embarrassingly pander to the target demographic...
Kind of similar to this film I guess - the writer clearly wanted to try and sell a package ripping off Jim Carrey in The Truman Show and just engineered his whole script around it, even though the characters themselves don't even question the idiocy of the premise.

The film had a chance for the first 30mins, but then completely collapsed in on itself. The ideal ending would have been Harold being murdered for taking up a double seat on the bus for no good reason.
Overall, the underlying sense I got from this film is that I really need to rewatch Adaptation, to see how something like this can be pulled off with aplomb. That and that being a passenger on a 'bendy' bus needs to be added to my bucket list.
