Discuss The Big Chill

If these gathering former 60s types spoke of Vietnam in this film nobody at all would say something like "Ho was a massive slaughterer of landlords in North Vietnam in the 1950s and he would have done the same to the South Vietnamese landowners had he gotten them in the 60s". You would never hear that Vietnam War justification in a film like this. ( See my postings!)

🙄

What kind of strange, totally undeserved "been everywhere/done everything" image did these completely misguided worshippers of mass-murderer Ho Chi Minh from late 1960s America get?

Anytime a film is about people from the 60s (or such people later reminiscing) you never hear about Ho's inhuman slaughterous activities as a Vietnam war motive! NEVER!
