I'm so happy Frollo didn't return. I'm glad he died in the first film. Good riddance. At least Sarousch isn't someone that I love to hate, and is actually funny. I don't give two stool samples about the inferior animation quality and the shorter length. I'd rather have inferior animation and a shorter length in exchange for a villain who's not such an ass, and is actually funny and entertaining. Plus he's played by the guy from Spinal Tap. Score one more Sarousch. If you'd ask any other villain that's LIKEABLE and isn't so much of an ass such as Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas & Ferb, even he would probably say Frollo is a jerk. And no, Frollo isn't sexy either. He's ugly as hell.
