Just Re-Watched ALL The HP movies during the pandemic!

I honestly never watched them all from beginning to end. I would see bits and parts of them as they came on randomly on HBO. But with the pandemic and more time I decided to Re-watch all of them from beginning to end. I can see how this franchise was a such a world wide phenomenon, but I must admit the final showdown between HP and V seemed pretty weak and disappointing.

You would think after a decade of build up the final show down would be so incredible but it was pretty much a major let down. Also as huge as Hermione and Ron were to the franchise in the end they pretty much didn't offer much as Longbottom was the one who had the balls and determination to go after the snake and kill it with the sword. So if anything Longbottom was the hero and savior for all of them in the end right? Yet he was barely featured in the franchise no where as much as Hermione and Ron was. I just expected more out of them instead of just hooking up in the end.

Also it seems rather disappointing that in the end HP is with his family, his kids and Ron and Hermione barely even say hi to him, actually they dont even greet him at all? After all they been through together and being best friends they dont even say hi to him in the end while they are sending off their kids to Hogwarts? Was that scene implying that they lost touch or were no longer friends in the future? Seems like they developed a life long bond that would never be broken, so that scene really bothered me.

Seems like they should have ended this huge franchise on a totally different way.
