The movie starts with the first years of Mamoru Endou at Raimon. The first half of the movie shows what happened during the Football Frontier, until the finals match being with Ogre instead of Zeus. With most of the members injured, they almost lost hope, until Kanon introduces himself as Mamoru's great-grandson, and other friends from the near future (Fubuki, Toramaru, Hiroto, Tobitaka, and Fidio) showed up to help them. With the added strength and after a great match, they are able to defeat Team Ogre.

Le film commence avec les premières années de Endou Mamoru en Raimon. Il montre ce qui est arrivé au cours de la Frontière du football lors de la première moitié du film, jusqu'à ce qu'ils finissent par avoir un match avec l'Ogre. Eine Organisation aus der Zukunft sendet das speziell trainierte Ogre Team, das Endou Mamoru und sein Team besiegen soll, um ihn davon abzuhalten die Welt mit seinem Fußball zu beeinflussen.

Il film è ambientato nella prima stagione di Inazuma Eleven. La storia ha come protagonista Canon Evans, un lontano pronipote di Mark, venuto dal futuro e precisamente da 80 anni dopo il Football Frontier, che aiuta la Raimon a combattere contro gli Ogre (オーガ Ōga?, dall'inglese "orco" o "demone"), capitanati da Bash Lancer. Gli Ogre sono una forza militare venuta dal futuro per distruggere la Raimon con il calcio; dapprima sconfiggono la Zeus nella semifinale del Football Frontier con un risultato di 36-0, per poi sfidare direttamente la Raimon in finale. Canon porta dal futuro alcuni amici di Mark: Paolo Bianchi, Shawn Froste, Archer Hawkins, Austin Hobbes e Xavier Foster. Durante il film Mark sviluppa la Mano Omega, Axel la Fiammata Suprema e insieme a Jude e Xavier, che fa un assist, il Folgore Stellare.

これは、まだ円堂守率いる雷門中サッカー部のフットボールフロンティアの時の話。雷門中サッカー部は、フットボールフロンティア決勝戦に進出。だが世宇子中との決勝戦に挑む雷門中の前に現れたのは、世宇子ではなく「王牙（オーガ）学園」と名乗る、未来から送りこまれた戦闘集団だった。あまりの強さに敵わない雷門イレブン。そしてピンチの時、円堂カノンが未来から吹雪やヒロト達を連れてくる。

O personagem principal Satoru Endo é um talentoso goleiro e neto de um dos maiores goleiros do Japão, que morreu antes de ele nascer. Mesmo com suas incríveis habilidades sua escola ainda não tem um clube de futebol de verdade, porque os 6 outros membros não parecem muito interessados em sua formação. Mas assim que o atacante misterioso Shuya Gouenji muda para escola de Endo, o jovem goleiro pretende encontrar e recrutar membros para formar sua equipe de futebol. Há cerca de 1000 personagens com habilidades diferentes que irão determinar o sucesso da equipe.

Quando a Raimon está dentro do campeonato Nacional, um time do futuro (ACADEMIA OGRO) quer tentar apagar o futebol do presente, e para isso a Raimon terá que enfrentá-los frente a frente.
