I dearly miss the prosthetic effects of the '80's. Sure, CG is easier and often more realistic--if done well--but there's a tactile and visual crunch to the slightly rough, but lovingly crafted costumes from guys like Baker, Savini, Bottin, Nicotero, and many others. SIgh.
Wow they put the actor's through a lot. I love the effects, butan did they almost have some close calls like Stephen getting his mouth glued shut, Amanda had contacts that weren't sanded and to much spray paint for the glow.
I still got a kick out of her auctioning off those breasts and offering fans a chance to touch them. Thanks for the read

Yes she does and yes I do! There's a documentary on the bluray that shows the prosthetic chest she wears.

There's actually a Fright Night wiki that has the information on many of the prosthetic effects in the film, including Amy's chest.
