Finally got around to watching this last night. Wonderful, classic film. I was left stunned by one particular scene in the film which - as luck would have it - someone's posted on the old youtube here:-

Really beautiful acting. I think the thing which somehow makes this special is that, despite the docs efforts, we never get spoon-fed the root of Elwood's ills. Or, I guess, maybe there just weren't any ills in the first place 😉

Who knows but whatever it was he must have been more spiffed than Ed Hickey after mixing his rye and gin!
I love the joke that he thought nothing of the rabbit knowing his name, having lived in the town so long, rather than the fact that there was a six foot rabbit talking to him in the first place 😂

I haven't seen that - but these rabbits appear slightly creepier than Harvey!
Just how many films feature giant rabbits? We get the rabbit guy in Donnie Darko as well, any others?
