Removing the movie from the Living Dead Collection

'Land of the Dead' should be removed from this collection as its part of the later 2000s sequel series, not the earlier trilogy.

Decision a long time ago was to stay with the first four in one collection and then allow the last two in a separate collection due to change of production company and focus on a main character. Thanks.
