Any idea why the Italian artwork use La meglio gioventú? Which one is used in the opening credit?

Dunno, since in the posters the title is stylized as if it was handwritten and the phrase comes from a Pasolini poem maybe they used directly his own handwriting (which like most can be pretty "free")?
In the opening credits it's spelled LA MEGLIO GIOVENTU' (with a final apostrophe, which is a common grammatical mistake to use instead of any accent especially when you are using the caps lock), but then again all the credits are in like comic sans so maybe it's just sloppiness...
Anyway: gioventù as a word exists only with a grave accent (https://www.treccani.it/vocabolario/gioventu/)
