The news reporter scene cut from the script

It would've been a nice addition to the movie and gave us a thrill why we waited for the massacre at the hospital to commence. Heck, they even left the reporter in questioning the officers at the house and her van seen at the end

Some have claimed a sequence was actually filmed but cut from the final print. I dropped Dick Warlock an email from his website and he said he had no recollection of the scene ever being shot. I agree it would have been nice to see how it would have boosted the movie.

That's a shame. I wish it would show up on a work print somewhere. I may try that because I have a few other questions I would like to know about. Thanks

I believe it is in the novelization. It has been a few years since I read it, but I do remember a reporter appearing in a few scenes and (I think) getting killed off.

I have that book and love how they cleaned the screen up.
Another good scene I wish they would add is Janet finding the security Guard's hat and running towards the doctor's office for help. Set that scene up perfectly
