Fact: there is a deleted scene in the movie, cut for pacing, in which Harold wakes up long enough to notice the blood on his sandwich. He swats his wife outta the way and shouts a thank-you into the night to the stranger, too scared to confront him, who garnished his ham so appropriately!
Gotta love that a semi-obscure movie (face it, horror sequels count as semi-obscure, and hell, so do most horror films, really) and a REALLY esoteric moment from the film inspire one of the longest threads on IMDB (I bet not many made it to the length that caused it to be deleted) WITH multiple spin-off threads and now a new thread on a new site! Quite impressive, really! Love it!
I'm sure you guys know that Harold isn't mentioned in the credits. He told the producers that if his name appeared he would find them and beat them. True story.

We are lucky to have seen his face at all! He originally had lines but didn't feel like acting the scene. Out of fear, they left him in the final cut.
