It's more like a Colombian expresses his hatred of folks of Cuban descent in it, isn't it? Maybe I forgot the line(s) you're referring to from Tony. But when he and Sosa have their fall-out, I'm pretty sure that Sosa calls him a stupid, little Cuban.
