You turn around to enter back into the barn when you realized it. The House of Mirrors were all twisted and covered in cloth. “How did this happen,” you think to yourself.

“What is going on here?” Your date asked and clung onto your arm tighter. Not sure what to make of it, you continue through the House of Mirrors. But it’s not the House of Mirrors anymore. It’s a twisted labyrinth of hallways and corridors that lead nowhere. You think you’re hallucinating and even your date is freaking out. Right before your eyes, the House of Mirrors transformed into a maze of twisting turns and corridors that lead to nowhere.

“No way we’re going through that. Let’s get the hell out of here,” you say to your date. But as soon as you turn around, the door that once led outside to the clearing is nothing but a solid barn wall. “What is happen…” you didn’t finish when you heard the red door on the other side of the barn door open. From it came heavy footsteps and the sound of a heavy piece of metal scraping the floor and a twisted laughter that can only be described to come from a deranged ax murderer who disguises himself as a haunted hayride carnie.

“No point in running little chickies, your souls became mine before we even entered the orchard.” The clown with the twisted teeth proclaimed. “I hope you like my mirrors; they will be your new home….hahahaha.” He finished with a cold shrill laughter that rang through the air. The laughter got louder and louder followed by the tapping of an ax hitting the floor again and again.

You and your date both run trying to find a place to hide but you get split up. You run and hide behind one of the mirrors. Your date disappears around the corner of one of the halls. The tapping sound gets closer as you know the twisted clown approaches. You hear the shatters of glass he smashes each mirror he passes. You know you can’t hide and need to get out. You slowly creep, from behind one mirror to the next. And you see your date hiding behind a mirror a few yards away. You peer over the mirror you’re behind and see the red door of the barn but the deranged clown with the twisted teeth is standing just a few yards away from it. There is no other way out. You gesture to your date to stay quiet as you come up with a plan.
