While the title is technically correct using the reasoning in other replies, tmdb should show the modern title and show the original title in the data area. This is how imdb does it which does not tag the movie using the original title as tmdb in media managers that use content from tmdb such as plex. Because of this, users have to manually tag releases such as this or use imdb instead as they are more accurate in regards to the title.
