I remember when I first watched Fatal Attraction, the bunny scene was a real shocker. You'd have to be totally insane to think of doing something like that as we know Alex Forrest was. I must say Glenn Close was so good in this movie, she really made her insanity shine through...

If the original cut was anything to go by, she was far from insane.

Original cut? I would consider running around with a carving knife, throwing acid on a car, and all the other things she did pretty insane, not to mention cutting her wrists to get attention.

Close killed herself and framed Douglas for her murder.

Oh ok thanks. Glad they stuck to the movie ending, more satisfying. I love villains getting their comeuppance.

It was a case of the test audience did not like the original ending and a new one was shot.

The original ending was released in a special release of the film.
