From https://screenrant.com/james-bond-quantum-solace-title-meaning-explained/:
"When the "Quantum of Solace" drops to zero, humanity and consideration of one human for another is gone and the relationship is finished."
"By the end of the film, the Quantum of Solace Bond felt for Vesper had been replaced by forgiveness. He left behind her necklace - symbolically leaving Vesper behind as well - and Bond moved on with his life."

@DRDMovieMusings: Didn't Ian Fleming write a James Bond short story where Bond, in referring to Vesper's death to someone, mentions that he doesn't even have a "quantum of solace"?

@DRDMovieMusings: I liked the scene in No Time To Die where Bond visits Vesper's grave and tells her "I miss you."

Great question. The link at the top points to an article about Fleming's original short story Quantum of Solace, and what it meant to him at that time.
I'm not sure that short story captures Bond talking about Vesper in this way, but I'm also quite new to the whole Bond story, and still principally just movie Bond, as opposed to Fleming novel Bond.
But, isn't it great that we have this TMDb space where we can discuss and learn from each other?!

@DRDMovieMusings Yes, it most certainly is!
