Leonardo's performance is simply mesmerizing. Also, there's nothing wrong with a male recieving BJs for money. But you didn't hear it from me.

I haven’t seen this since it was released. DiCaprio’s performance made an impression but I feel he has made several stronger films. From what I recall it was more interested in showing one horror after another than in Carroll’s redemption and recovery. It was clear after Gilbert Grape and this that Leo was major, however.

YUP.GREAT FILM,SOLID PERFORMANCE.THIS BOYS LIFE IS THE FILM THAT HE CAUGHTMY ATTENTION.THE AVIATOR IS THE ROLE THAT IS STARTED SEEING HIM AS A GROWN ASS STAR.HIS ROLE IN DJANGO WAS F@#KING NUTS...DUDE HAS CRAZY RANGE.I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM DO SOME TWISTED TYPE COMEDY OR HORROR EVEN.
